Like her former love interest Ethan Choi, Vicki also served in the Navy as a combat doctor.

Season 1[]

Her first appearance was on the episode Choices. She was the doctor attending to Chief Mason. A friend of Choi's. Since the Chief was her patient, Ethan confronts her as to why she was aware of his symptoms but didn't act on them. She tells him the VA Hospital is understaffed and over-budgeted, she tried her best, but couldn't make it happen. Later on that episode, Choi sees her at the reunion. He is much calmer this time around and the two go for a drink.
