Background[]

Chicago Med was renewed for a tenth season in March 2024, along with its sister shows Chicago Fire and Chicago PD.^[1]

On June 28, 2024, it was announced that Dominic Rains is leaving Chicago Med after five seasons.^[2]

On July 25, 2024, Jessy Schram revealed there would be a month-long time jump at the start of Season 10. ^[3]

Luke Mitchell was promoted to series regular.^[4]

On August 5, 2024, it was announced that Sarah Ramos and Darren Barnet were added as series regulars for Season 10. ^[5]
