Reggie Dixon was a patient at Gaffney Chicago Medical Center and Sharon Goodwin first love. He was portrayed by Robert Gossett.

Reggie was a . It was described that him and Goodwin spent a summer together and they were each other’s first love. He wanted Goodwin to travel with him but she didn't want to so they parted ways. Reggie also served as a news reporter for the 7th Cavalry for the United States Stars & Stripes in Vietnam.

Reggie first came in saying that he needed to see Sharon McGee. Maggie realized that McGee is Goodwin’s maiden name and that he must know her. She saw him and realized that she recognized him and that Reggie was her first love. They saw worms crawling underneath Reggie’s skin which was revealed to be contracted when he was serving in Vietnam. Ethan described that Reggie will most likely not survive this. Reggie suffered a gastric hemorrhage while talking to Goodwin. She decided to put Reggie on ECMO to help him. He eventually did not survive and passed away in the hospital.
