Dr. Randall Shentu is an Intensivist and a consultant with The Shentu Group. He was portrayed by Johnny Wu.
Biography[]
No Good Deed Goes Unpunished... in Chicago[]
Randall is waiting outside an unsuspecting Sharon Goodwin's office. He introduces himself as a reputational consultant who has been hired by the board to help the hospital out after the Vas-COM scandal. After some initial hostility, he and Goodwin agree that they both ultimately have the hospital's patients' best interests at heart.
The Things We Thought We Left Behind[]
Randall tries to push Dr. Blake and Dr. Marcel to perform a liver transplant on an alcoholic former pro-sports player. They initially refuse because the patient does not quality due to his alcoholism, but are persuaded to perform the operation when a volunteer offers to donate a liver lobe.
What You Don't Know Can't Hurt You[]
Randall pressures Sharon into sharing an advance copy of her speech at an upcoming fundraiser with him, but she refuses. After an entire liver transplant team is poisoned in the operating room, Sharon defies Randall when she scrubs in to fill the missing nurse spot on the new team, an operation something Randall strongly advises against for liability reasons.
