Season 7[]
Milena is treated by Dylan Scott after being hit by a car. He initially suspected her to be a drug dealer, but later discovers she is an undercover police officer who is investigating the local Serbian mafia led by Nicola Corluka. She and Dylan developed a brief romantic relationship.
When the case comes to a head in And Now We Come to the End and Jo, Dylan and Goran Kostovic are trapped in Will Halstead's burning apartment building, Dylan accidentally shoots Jo while taking down Goran. She initially appears to escape, but Dylan later finds her bleeding in the alley and she passes away in the Emergency Department in spite of Dylan's best efforts to revive her.
